Recently discovered this place and it’s a total match for me. How they cook chicken it’s unbelievable. Very nice and calm atmosphere, lovely to spend time outside if it’s a sunny day. Also sometimes you can feel a proper Italian vibe around there. Will definitely come again and again

I never thought I’d say this, but I really liked the English breakfast there. It's hard to pinpoint what makes it special—I guess a little bit of everything, paired with an absolutely charming owner. The place is super down-to-earth yet serves fantastic-quality food. Definitely pay a visit if you happen to wander near Canary Wharf.

Great for both breakfast and lunch. Does a really good English breakfast but also has a range of authentic Italian pasta options at lunchtime too. Staff are always friendly and welcoming - and often bring out a little treat for the dog too! It's less than 30 seconds walk from the Thames path and it's amazing how many people don't know it's there.

Travelling along the Thames Walk, we veered off and we were getting hungry. We were greeted with a friendly smile, seated and not pressured. The best thing about this place is it is reasonably priced. We were avoiding the £20 burgers along the way, coming here we were treated to options starting at £5 for food! The Panini is fantastic! Highly recommend!

Stayed at The Premier Inn near the Cafe and ended up having breakfast there the 3 morning we stayed. The staff where so welcoming and the food was excellent, the quality and presentation really good. Coffees where excellent too and we like our our coffee. Highly recommend for great quality and service in a homely cafe, we hope to be back, thanks again for adding to the enjoyment of our little trip away.

I stayed at the nearby Premier Inn and took the short walk to Mario's for breakfast. Had the full English and a cup of tea which cost just over £11. Friendly staff, great service. The quality of food was good, nice back bacon and herby sausage. Unfortunately, the eggs were a little overcooked. Overall, it is a nice little cafe which I will visit again when staying at Westferry.

Really enjoyed the food, we had breakfast and tea time italian meals with drinks over a 4 day period, all very reasonably priced. A great atmosphere with friendly staff. Marios cafe is a little hidden gem of a place a short stroll from Westferry Premier Inn and near the Thames . Breakfast is good the coffee is great and I noticed very well priced. The pasta there is sublime. I would recommend finding it sit outside weather permitting there are seats inside. Good glass of wine and Italian tasty meal simply bliss.
